RETURN
You can return your art print up to 14 days after you have received or picked it up.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Remember that you are always responsible for the package until we have received it.

Once we have received your item and approved the return, we will tranfer the purchase amount back via mobilepay to the phone number with whick the item was purchased. If you do not have mobilpay, you can send an email with your bank account number.
Remember to save the receipt for the shipment so that you can document that the item has been sent. You must pay the shipping cost regarding to return.

Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside. Make sure the package label is visible in the picture.
